The Sunstar SGL50 steps the Glass Series up to 50,000 BTU/hr for larger patios, restaurants and outdoor hospitality spaces, with the same glass-front design as the SGL35.

  • 50,000 BTU/hr maximum input; available for natural gas or propane
  • Ceramic infrared burner with direct spark ignition on 120VAC, 60Hz
  • Outdoor rated and wind resistant up to 40 mph
  • Mounts horizontally or up to 60 degrees, using chain suspension or wall and ceiling brackets (sold separately)
  • CSA design certified to Z83.19 and Z83.26; 3-year limited warranty on the burner assembly and 1 year on controls
  • Choose the -7 model with a 3-position switch, or the -10 model, which adds a wireless remote
  • Ships in a 15 x 20 x 57 inch carton. Heat shield, brackets and gas connection parts are sold separately

Installation, gas connection, mounting height and clearances to combustibles must follow the manufacturer's instructions and local code, and should be handled by a licensed professional.
