We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 7–11 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the size of the item. Oversized or freight items such as sheds, saunas, and heat pumps may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
