Return & Refund Policy

At Outdoor Stash, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
